Scripture: 1 Peter 5:6-7
Prayer: Jesus, I cast my cares and anxieties on you. I cannot bear the weight anymore. Lift the burden from my heart as you have promised to do so. Thank you for caring about me. I want to experience the truth of this verse today. Forgive me when I try to hold everything myself. Thank you for the promise of forgiveness. I’m turning my anxieties over to you now. Amen.
