This week, kids hear about an old man named Simeon and an old woman named Anna who both met baby Jesus at the temple.
THE BIG IDEA: We can celebrate because God keeps promises.

LESSON QUESTIONS: Why were Simeon and Anna so happy to see Jesus? What promise did God fulfill to us by sending Jesus?
ACTIVITY: We are going to make a surprise present for someone special! Just like Jesus was the best surprise present to Simeon and Anna, we are going to give a surprise present to someone special in our lives!
